How can I edit my account information?

In order for you to edit your account’s information, simply click the “my profile” tab on the trading system’s main menu, change the information you want to change and click “submit”. Note that some details cannot be changed for security reason and that your email address can only be changed with the help of the support team.

How do I register an OptionBit trading account?

Can I deposit and withdraw with Qiwi?

Yes, you can deposit with Qiwi. Upon your withdrawal request, it can only be processed to Qiwi if you deposited with this method.

Yes you can deposit with Yandex.  Upon your withdrawal request, it will not be sent back to Yandex, but instead will be paid directly to your bank account.

Can I use PaySafeCard to deposit?

Yes, can can buy your vouchers from your nearest outlet.  Upon requesting withdrawals, it will be sent directly to your bank account.

Can I combine several PaySafeCards?

Yes you can, by selecting the “Enter additional PINs”  option.  Please note that the minimum amount allowed is 100.  Vouchers of 50 will not be accepted.

Yes, you can deposit with Skrill. Upon your withdrawal request, it can only be processed to Skrill if you deposited with this method.

Can I deposit and withdraw with my credit card?

Yes, you can deposit with your Visa or MasterCard.  When withdrawing to your credit card, the same amount as you deposited will be refunded back to your card, the remainder of your withdrawal amount will be sent directly to your bank account.

Can I deposit using someone else’s card?

Yes you can, as long as you provide an authorization letter from the card holder, along with a copy of the card holder’s passport or identity card.

Will I need to provide any documentation for OptionBit to complete my withdrawal?

Yes, OptionBit helps fight money laundering and is strict regarding withdrawal documentation. In order for you to receive you funds, you will be asked to submit a utility bill, not more than 6 months old, stating your address (as the one your account is registered with) and your name. You will be asked to submit a copy of the front and the back of your credit card you used for the deposit, marking the middle six digits out. Furthermore, you will be asked to submit a copy of your ID or passport clearly stating your name and personal details.

Can I choose the currency with which my account operates?

Usually, upon making a deposit, the system will automatically locate your local currency. However, if you choose to manage your account with any other currency- you can do so when making your first deposit. You will be asked to choose between currency options- once an option is chosen, your account will be handled with that currency.

How can I deposit funds into my OptionBit account?

To deposit funds to your OptionBit account, simply click on the cashier tab. There you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method and to choose the amount you would like to deposit. Clicking on ‘proceed to secure checkout’ will lead you to an SSL protected page where you will be asked to fill in the details to your preferred payment method.

How can I withdraw my money?

In order for you to withdraw money from your OptionBit account, locate the withdrawal button at the bottom of the main cashier page. Upon clicking it you will be asked to choose your desired amount to withdraw and a preferred payment method. Note that credit card withdrawals only allow the initial amount deposited, thus profits made following a credit card deposit will be sent directly to your bank account.

Are there any fees involved?

There are no fees involved with making a deposit to your OptionBit account. One withdrawal a month is free of charge, any sequential withdrawals carry a $30 fee.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Yes, you can. In order to do so, simply click the ‘withdrawal Requests’ tab in the cashier and choose the withdrawal you would like to cancel and click “approve”.

Where can I view my transaction history?

To view your transactions history, simply click on the ‘transactions history’ tab in the cashier’s lower menu. There you will find your deposits and withdrawals including failed deposits and canceled withdrawals.

What is an active bonus?

In order for you to view the bonuses you received from OptionBit, simply click on the ‘bonus history’ tab at the lower menu of the cashier. There you will find all bonuses received including the status of their trading requirements.

What are the benefits of the ‘close’ tool?

The ‘close’ tool enables you to close a losing option for a certain fee. Thus you will be ‘charged’ with the fee but you will not lose your entire investment. The close tool also enables you to close a winning trade and secure the profit.

What are the benefits of the ‘extend’ tool

The extend tool enables you to prolong an open option until the next expiry time, when you see that your prediction will take longer to realize. Extending your trade come with a minimal fee as well, that is deducted from your balance upon extending the order. If your extended option closes at a loss, the investment amount will be deducted from your balance over and above the fee previously paid.  An option can only be extended once.
